José Carlos Sarmiento

Jose Carlos "Charlie" Sarmiento is a world-class extreme endurance athlete, having completed 28 ultra-endurance races in 9 years, including top finishes in the Ultra Trail World Tour and representing Guatemala at the 2018 Trail World Championship. Transitioning to extreme triathlons, he ranked in the top 30 of the Xtri World Tour and earned a spot in the Norseman Xtri in 2025, the world’s toughest triathlon.
