I’m a competitive triathlete, endurance performance coach, and sport science professional based in Vancouver, Canada. My background combines years of endurance sport experience with academic training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and performance coaching.
I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences, as well as a Master of Kinesiology focused on performance and coaching science.
As an athlete, I have competed across cycling, running, and triathlon for many years, including representing Kazakhstan at the 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, becoming Kazakhstan Age Group National Champion (18-24) in 2022, and completing multiple 70.3 events. I am also the youngest person from Kazakhstan who completed the full distance Ironman, specifically IM Lanzarote.
Alongside my own racing, I have my own coaching business - GV Endurance. I help athletes improve their performance and achieve their goals through evidence-informed and individualized coaching. My goal is to bridge sport science with real-world endurance performance while continuing to compete at a high level and help other athletes reach their peak performance.
